Thanksgiving
I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving yesterday.
Despite us not being with family and having some dear friends away, we had a great holiday.
We collaborated with our next door neighbors.
He’s a chef so he cooked 2 turkeys, mashed potatoes, broccoli, baked fresh organic bread.
I made the stuffing Portuguese style this year (it’s called migas in Portuguese which is basically fried stuffing) as well as organic cranberry sauce.
It was my first time making the stuffing this way.
As a child, I watched my great grand mother make it at least once a week.
It turned out awesome!
Lily enjoyed herself by playing with all the adults and cat at the party and eating all the delicious food.
Happy black friday everyone! Happy shopping and have a great weekend!
