Finally!
I love orchids.
They are like the gift that keeps on giving.
I used to have a lot more of them in the house but, I only have 2 now.
After over a year, one of them is finally blooming.
I can’t even remember what color orchids it gives.
It will be a nice surprise. 🙂
Do you have a certain kind of flower you like to have in your house?

I don’t keep plants in the house….because I forget to water them :(. I do have alot of gardens outside. My favorites are the ones that attract hummingbirds!

I have an orchid, it’s at the end of it’s blooming cycle and looking droopy? It was a gift and something that I’m trying not to kill. I’m good with outdoor plants but indoor…only the strong survive.
Any suggestions on what to do now with it, food? your plants are beautiful!

@Julia,
when all the flowers are gone, if there are no other stems from the main one, cut it all the way to the bottom. i never give mine food although i guess it couldn’t hurt. i keep mine in a place where they get natural light but not direct sun. i also soak them in the sink once a week( if they feel dry) for about 45 minutes.
