a bath
it may seem silly but when i was pregnant with Lily, giving Lily a bath in a bathtub was one of the things i dreamed about the most about becoming a mom
living in a one bedroom apartment with only a standing shower in the bathroom, i knew that dream would have to wait
of course we had a tiny baby tub for Lily when she was a baby but for the most part, Lily has been a shower kid since she was four months old
the only times i got to make my baby bath time dreams come true was at certain hotels during road trips and at the homes of family members (my mom’s in portugal and Sasa’s in wv)
in this yellow house Lily has a bath tub in her bathroom
a claw foot bath tub
bath time happens just about every late afternoon
it was well worth the wait
