seeking fashion help
alright friends, i’m having a little fashion dilemma
we will be going to Will’s cousin’s wedding in raleigh, nc in early august and i need shoes
i plan on wearing the same pink dress that Connie gave me that wore to Michael’s and Robbie’s wedding back in may in nyc
i got a new little jacket (this one in off white) and i have a little belt that i have had for years that looks cute cinched around the waist
so that’s all good (clutch will depend on the shoes)
which brings me to the dilemma. the shoes
i have no shoes (the ones pictured are not an option. too high and uncomfortable)
i know you don’t believe me but really, i have no shoes (back in nyc i borrowed Connie’s)
i have spent many free hours looking online through zappos, 6pm and endless and i can’t make up my mind which way i want this outfit to go or which shoes will look the best
the shoes need to be affordable, comfortable and something i will wear again
not every day of course but when going out to eat or to have some drinks
so….. i have narrowed it down to these choices:
my first choice is this elizabeth&james. i love this shoe and would definitely wear it again but it is on the top (over) of the budget list
second choice are these sam edelman. i think they would pretty much go with everything after
i love these mustard aldo pumps and would totally rock them after. i think i need a pair of pumps in my wardrobe
also love this elizabeth&james pump but am not sure if the color would work
seychelles. too bootie?
also seychelles. love the colors but am not sure about a fabric shoe
cole haan. could be interesting? not sure if i would wear them again though…
maybe i just need a classic calvin klein pump?
so tell me oh wise shoe ones
which are your favorites?
which do you think would work better with the dress and jacket?

The Sam Edelman or te Cole Haan are my choices. I like the Seychelles but not sure with the dress I would have to see them on.

I like the Sam Edelman shoes for many reasons. I think the yellow ones are also great (one of my fav colors!), but not as practical or maybe comfortable…

I am not sure if you ever read it, if not–you need to read it!

My pick are the Elizabeth and James. They are a great transition shoe for the Fall with some tights. I also like the mustard pumps for a great pop of color and could see you wearing them on weekends. I hope this helps. Can’t wait to see what you pick 🙂
