thanksgiving twenty thirteen

November 28 2013 001

thanksgiving for us this year began with early morning baking

as the hours went on and the house filled itself with the most wonderful smells from all the baking and cooking, we steadily prepped the house for dear friends to come over in the afternoon

as the thanksgiving parade played on tv and Lily attentively and excitedly watched, friends slowly began to arrive

it was mostly the same crew as last year

the same crew who we roll with on a regular basis

our miami family

it was a wonderful day spent with loved ones eating delicious food and laughing. so thankful

hope you are all having a great thanksgiving weekend

it’s been a great one here

ps- happy december. i cannot believe we are on the last month of twenty thirteen
