so… smoothies


with all this talk about working out, healthy popsicles and now fruit/veggie smoothies, i don’t want you to think that i’m turning into a crazy health nut

am i consistent about working out? no

do i eat french fries? yes

do i eat cake, chocolate and ice cream? hell yes!!

but do i also try to take in as many healthy fruits and veggies at a time? yes

and smoothies are a great way to do just that

i’ve always been a big fan of smoothies and now that it is mango season, our tree is loaded and i am really the only one who eats mangoes, what better way to go through them fast other than smoothies?

just like for the popsicles, i don’t go by measurements

i just use handfuls of everything, blend with the hand blender, pour it in a glass, stick a straw in it and slurp

i’ve been making them just about every morning

they’re delicious!
