let’s just admit how cheesy the title of this post “fall-ing in love with asheville” is
but you know what?
it’s fall and we are falling in love with asheville
it’s the first time in over a decade that both Will and i are experiencing fall
and…. it’s Lily’s first fall
and what an amazing fall it has been so far
perfect fall days where it’s perfect sweater weather, the sky is blue without a cloud and the sun is shining
and the leaves…..
two sundays ago while our Caro was still with us, we decided to venture out and have a full everything fall day
that meant apples, apple cider, pumpkins, goats, hay rides, local beer, grass fed burgers…
so, twenty minutes we drove to the hickory nut gap farm where we had hours (and hours) of fun
and where Lily got to fall in love with everything fall
happy friday friends
wishing you the happiest weekend!
(there are lots of pictures. maybe i should have split the post in two. but…. fall!!!!!)
this is where she spent most of her time. and this is where it gets picture crazy. ready?
with a fresh green bean in her mouth. now that takes skill
skills i tell you
i miss her
