When I first started planning out Lily’s room, I thought of owls.
I was obsessed with owls. (hoo-hoo!)
However, with time, those owls have actually turned into elephants. (with the trunk up for good luck of course)
It started with last Christmas’s elephant ornament.
Unfortunately these lovely elephants are wrapped up in a drawer until the day Lily will have her own room.
They have a bit longer to wait…
aren’t they cute?
Is it too early to start making a Christmas wish list?
Is it ever too early? 😉
Just in case Santa drops by here, here are some things I’m drooling over:
Let’s start with these. LOVE!
These are just too cute!
These are awesome for serving olives and such.
Even Will would love these.
I love the snowman.
Owls!!! Either one will do.
I have LOVED these forever. They are so delicate and beautiful!
I love vases.
I know, most of those are household decorative items, but I’m thinking house soon so… (I know the house is in Raleigh, NC but, it’s everything we think of when we think of a house)
Now decorations for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! 😉
I think these would look just rockin’ hanging on my ears.
Everyone needs these. Including me.
YES! YES! YES! PLEASE! Obsessed with these. Seriously!
Have you ever seen anything like these? I want them!
I miss smelling like this. (I actually use the bath oil as perfume oil)
Totally cute and fun.
For when it snows in Miami. lol
And that’s really all I can think of for now…. 😉
I’m just wishing…..
Owls, ladybugs and a best friend named Sofia!!!
These 2 baby girls have been growing together for a few months now and I’m just loving the way they are interacting lately.
Typical that Lily would be wearing an owl shirt (I love owls) and that Sofia would be wearing a ladybug shirt (Claudia loves ladybugs). They are their mother’s daughters…. 😉
Here are Lily and Sofia playing at the park yesterday. Lily wears a shirt and leggings both by babyGap.
I just cruised through Inhabitots to see what kind of goodies they had been posting lately, and fell in love with these adorable Handcrafted Peg Racks by Maple Shade Kids.
I mean, Lily’s imaginary room doesn’t have a rack yet and this one is a definite “Must” have! (Plus, I haven’t posted any owls in a while…I missed them. ;))
This Petit Collage Bamboo Tree Friends Mobile from Fawn&Forest is not only earth friendly (it’s made out of harvested bamboo plywood) but it will also go perfectly in Lily’s imaginary room with the owl theme we have going on.
Trees and owls…it’s a “Must”!
We purchased this little owl t-shirt at the babyGap by our house before Lily was born and before I became totally owl crazy.
She is finally big enough to wear it and we just LOVE it!! 🙂
Lily wears owl tee, pants and shoes all by babyGap, bodysuit by Old Navy.
My cousin Ana posted this wonderful artist’s work on my facebook wall on saturday and I just about lost it!
Brace yourselves owl and other birds and nature lovers (Holly). Helen Musselwhite has the MOST beautiful art I have seen in a very long time.
It’s hard to choose. Every single piece is beautiful and dreamy. A total “Must” in Lily’s imaginary bedroom.
How cute are these little vases by pretty random objects on Etsy? So they are not owls (lol) but you can’t go wrong with a bird and a pink bunny!
Definite “Musts” for Lily’s future room.
More owls!!!! I just can’t get enough! Found these wall decals on Etsy by ChocoVenyl and I think they are definitely a “Must have” for Lily’s future room.
I mean, it will save me the time and trouble of painting them on the walls, they are easily removable and reusable. How GREAT!
You can have different themes all the time because there are soooooo many wonderful decals on here, it’s hard to choose!
This Tree of the Owls by Intres is the perfect little accessory for Lily’s future owl inspired bedroom.
How cute is the little owl on the bench? It’s a MUST!
